Well, what can I say…did you ever see the movie “Mosquito Coast” with Harrison Ford? That is where we were. Ventured out today to see some local scenery. Palmetto Bluff is extremely beautiful but a bit out of our price range. As you can see it is surrounded by water. It used to be a hunting preserve for Boar.

After a fabulous night sleep, we ventured out to see the south. We drove to Charleston and had planned to take a carriage ride and tour the city. It has been over a year since we last saw Carol and Peter. This will be our second trip to their home in SC. Our first trip we only saw the house under construction. Once again we had the pleasure of staying with our friends and getting out of a hotel room for the night. We also were able to meet up with their friends for a wonderful dinner.
